[pkg-lxc-devel] Merge request to update lxc in unstable

  Since I'm personally interested in getting lxc 5.0.0 into unstable,
I've spent some time working on the required packaging changes. I
posted a merge request on salsa at [1]; hopefully the changes look
alright. I'd appreciate if someone could take a look.
