[pkg-lxc-devel] FYI -- default branch changed for lxc and lxcfs repos

  I've just changed the default branch for both the lxc and lxcfs
repositories from "master" to "debian/sid". This better aligns with the
packaging workflow and mirrors the practice of creating
"debian/<dist>{,-backports}" branches as needed throughout a release's
lifetime.

  I also pruned a few very old and merged branches.
