[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#1114735: Bug#1114735: lxc: recommend lxc-templates directly

Hi Richard,

  lxc-templates is essentially dead, and upstream has recommended users
switch to distrobuilder for creating container images. A NEWS entry was
included in the trixie release[0].

  As things currently exist, I'm expecting that lxc-templates will be
removed early in the forky+1 development cycle.
