[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#1125011: lxc-templates: please replace isc-dhcp-client with dhcpd-base in trixie+ containers

src:isc-dhcp was removed from Debian testing 3 days ago, and that broke
the builds of the autopkgtest LXC images for Salsa CI. Those builds use
lxc-templates (via debci) to create the images.

I tried to replace isc-dhcp-client by dhcpd-base and it fixes the image
builds at least. So I've opened a MR at
https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/autopkgtest-lxc/-/merge_requests/42

I applied this change to Kali Linux CI (lightweight fork of Salsa CI) as
well, so it's running in prod since yesterday, so far so good.

I'll feedback here if ever I'm aware of any issue related to this change.
