[pkg-lxc-devel] Bug#1125011: lxc-templates: please replace isc-dhcp-client with dhcpd-base in trixie+ containers

I opened a new MR at:

This time it uses your commit as is, then I added some commits on top.

I fixed it in only one place. The other places where $release is used
with codenames, it's for wheezy, but there's no release name that
correspond to wheezy anymore, it's too old. I thought I wouldn't touch
this, to keep changes minimal.

If you mean about creating a forky/testing testbed on a trixie system,
then the change will need to be backported I suppose.
