  Thanks for the contribution! Lintian warns, though, that the PO file
is invalid, and indeed running `msgfmt` returns:

> $ msgfmt debian/po/sv.po 
> msgfmt: input file doesn't contain a header entry with a charset specification

  Could you please investigate what needs to be fixed up so the PO file
properly validates?
