[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#594674: pcmanfm: wrong name in .desktop file

PCManFM appears as "File Manager" in menus, it should be PCManFM.
I'm using e17 which already have a file manager, so in my case PCManFM's name could me misleading.
