[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#586352: lxpanel: battery monitor gives battery low warning no matter the battery charge

I have enabled the battery monitor on the lxpanel.

No matter the battery charge, the monitor keeps poping a xmessage box
with a battery low warning.

The hw is a eeepc 900 running squeeze/sid.

acpi -V reads the battery state correctly:
Battery 0: Discharging, 30%, rate information unavailable
Battery 0: design capacity 5200 mAh, last full capacity 5200 mAh = 100%
Adapter 0: off-line
Thermal 0: ok, 55.0 degrees C
Thermal 0: trip point 0 switches to mode critical at temperature 90.0 degrees C
Cooling 0: Processor 0 of 7
