[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#605234: desktop preferences not saved in pcmanfm 0.9.8

I  confirm  this  problem   on  update  to 0.9.8   from  0.9.7
[previously  updated  from  others] and   pass  on  a  work around
configuration  clean up solution  I   found  in   upstream   bug
report:
First     edit  /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart   to   eliminate
line   @pcmanfm --profile LXDE.
Also, in user home  directory ~/.config/pcmanfm/   ,  eliminate
pcmanfm.conf  [ and  perhaps   other  extraneous  old config   files]
leaving    ~/.config/pcmanfm/LXDE/  and ~./config/pcmanfm/default/
directories.

Doing  this   retains  settings,   wallpaper,  directory  organisation,  etc

Perhaps  a   configuration   cleanup  needs   to  be  incorporated
into  the   Debian  package?

Note   that need  for tools  like nitrogen   to  adjust  wallpaper
is  made   redundant because   the  pcmanfm tool   works.
