[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#600387: libfm0: ABI breakage without package and SONAME change

This is actually a problem in libfm, which changed ABI from 0.1.12 to
0.1.14 but dit not increase the SONAME. Also, the Debian binary package
should also be changed to libfm1 to reflect that.
