[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#648375: lxinput: Too narrow range of values for mouse acceleration threshold

Package: lxinput
Version: 0.3.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The ideal configuration for me is to have the mouse acceleration
threshold set to 2 (as reported by "xset q").

Unfortunately, the lowest value that I can achieve with lxinput is 10
(which is obtained by setting sensitivity to the maximum of 100%, since
it is an inverted scale).

I have an easy workaround, which is to manually edit
~/.config/lxsession/LXDE/desktop.conf.

But this problem makes lxinput essentially useless for me.

Since the minimum value for the accel threshold is 1, I consider it
would make sense to have maximum sensitivity corresponding to that
value.

Thanks for your work,
