[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#648899: lxde-common: startlxde has repetitive code blocks

Package: lxde-common
Version: 0.5.5-1
Severity: minor
File: /usr/bin/startlxde

Certain lines seem to have been copy-and-pasted by accident, unless
there are reasons to do some steps more than once. For example, the
block of "Ensure the existance of the 'Desktop' folder" is done twice,
"Launch DBus if needed" is done twice, and XDG_MENU_PREFIX is done
twice (one right after the other). It has the look of a generated
file, but with none of the usual this-file-has-been-generated-by-foo
markings.
