[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#855521: lxpanel: freezes all the desktop environment if started or lauch no matter desktop are used

Justification: renders package unusable

lxpanel complety freezes the environment desktop no matter what desktop are used

how to reproduce: install debian LXDE and then when completed and
start firts sesions
logout and install compelte MATE desktop session,and start using mate..
then logount and rebood and try to start MATE, and then logout
when returns to LXDE does'n start, if try to use openbox and start
manually lxpanel freezes

rund a gdb with lxpanel-dbg instaled does not help so much, in the debugger
when try to use gdb, hangs complety at pthreaths libs

IMPORTANT NOTE:
then uninstall the hevy-unperformance stupid pulseaudio ans use
gstreamer and fbpanel start perfectly
that have same problem...
