[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#865043: Please drop Build-Depends on deprecated libck-connector-dev

consolekit binaries have been dropped from all Linux architectures in an
NMU, and the old binaries will soon be garbage-collected from the archive.
Raising the severity of this bug report.

I can confirm that lxdm still builds successfully with the trivial build-dep
change.
