[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#962561: pcmanfm: alt-up stopped working

Dear Maintainer,

PCManfm used to go up in the directory structure when alt-up_arrow is pressed.
Unfortunately on Debian this key combination stopped working even though it is
still implemented in PCManfm.
