[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Possible bug in pcmanfm, 1m30s hang on shutdown, similar to FEDORA-2020-b41760de92

Hi Andriy,
It happens under many conditions in Debian 11 Bullseye (testing) and in
some cases with Debian 10 Buster (stable) with some packages installed
from testing.
Easy to reproduce (I just did it in a KVM/QEMU)
1) Fresh install Debian 11 Bullseye Testing
2) Text-based install
3) Only choose LXDE and System Utilities (uncheck all others)
4) Reboot
5) Login
6) Plug in a USB device
7) Shutdown hangs for 1m30s
8) All subsequent shutdown and reboots hang for 1m30s, regardless if
there is a USB connected or not.
9) If a logout is performed before the shutdown, the shutdown occurs
correctly.
Other notes:
6a) If a shutdown is performed on a fresh install before connecting a
USB device, the shutdown behaves correctly.
It seems to be related to pcmanfm, see the two bug reports here:
