[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#979589: libfm-data: xarchiver command to create archives is wrong

The xarchiver command to create archives is wrong.
Rather than "--add-to", it must be "--compress".

The bug has been reported upstream (https://github.com/lxde/libfm/pull/69),
but I don't know whether it will be applied before the freeze for bullseye.
