[Pkg-lxde-maintainers] Bug#999553: lxpanel starts totally empty (manually restarting it, loads fine)

Dear Maintainer,

When logging in, lxpanel appears, but is completely empty. 'ps aux' shows the
process is indeed running, with command line 'lxpanel --profile LXDE'. If I
kill the process and then manually run it with the same comamnd line, it loads
as expected. This happens after each reboot, since having done an 'aptitude
safe-upgrade'.
