[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#845624: lxqt: Touchpad features

Hello Dear Maintainer!

It is not bug report. It is request to adding feature for touchpades. Please,
add touchpad management in "LXQt settings".
Primary, need logic for disabling touchpad when usb || bt mouse connected.
