[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#841370: nomacs: FTBFS; error with opencv 3.1

Dear Maintainer,

I am scheduled to transition of opencv.
This package is target to transition. I tested build with opencv 3.1.
As a result, this FTBFS with opencv 3.1.

Because from opencv 3.1,  libcvaux-dev, libhighgui-dev and libopencv-ocl-dev
are removed, we must specify the libopencv-dev instead.

Could you remove  libcvaux-dev, libhighgui-dev and libopencv-ocl-dev from B-D?
