Having these files in liblxqt1 is a violation of 8.2. and in the
specific case of the currently ongoing lxqt transition, some reverse
dependencies are now unable to migrated from unstable to testing as
liblxqt0 and liblxqt1 are not co-installable. Raising the severity
accordingly.
