[pkg-lxqt-devel] Uncoordinated libfm-qt transition, uploads of packages involved in the Qt transition

Dear LXQt package maintainers,

we have currently a Qt transition ongoing (see #1020230). As this
transition requires all involved packages to migrate together, the
transition is blocked whenever a reverse dependencies gets uploaded.

As there are a couple of packages maintained by the LXQt team involved
in this transition, please avoid uploads of packages that are part of
this transition until it is done. Examples of the involved packages
include libfm-qt (which started it' own transition) and libqtxdg.
