[pkg-lxqt-devel] Screengrab fullscreen mode and multi-screen setup

Hello dev team,

there are some problems with screengrab and multi-screen setups.

In fullscreen mode, screengrab will always make a combined screenshot 
over 'active' screens - regardless, if you'd only want a certain (i. e. 
current) screen to be fully grabbed. In addition, this also includes 
empty (black) screens, which are switched off at present.

What's missing, is a settings option for selecting what screen(s) to 
grab in fullscreen mode. Also, grabbing powered-down screens needs to be 
avoided.

In such a setup, auto-fitting, e. g. per right click, will fit to a 
ratio from another monitor (left), which may or may not have the same 
ratio as the current monitor. This will result in a selection of an area 
smaller than the current screen (or probably larger in other setups).
