[pkg-lynx-maint] switching contents of lynx and lynx-cur (was: git migration)

Hi,
I think adopting this package is the good moment to make all these changes.
Rename the binary package, make an arch indep lynx-data binary package and
why not, rename the source package into lynx.
The NEW queue don't afraid me. There's no hurry, and if FTP masters reject
the new lynx package it will be a good thing, because in this case we could know and fix the issue.
If we don't make these changes now, we will never do.
