well yes, i must admit my gnutls/SSL programming knowledge is/was next
to nothing, so i am sure my patch might be improved. This was really
intended as a fix for the recent version, nothing more. And as lynx in
Debian is build against GNUTLS: If we would (at least for Debian)
apply the patch for the version currently in sid, at least some people
may benefit from this.

I will try to come up with support for rehandshake support for openssl
as well (if actually needed, maybe openssl does handle this completely
different).
