[pkg-lynx-maint] Exchanging lynx and lynx-cur and renaming the source package back to lynx (plus lynx-data/-common maybe?)

Hi,

I've just pushed a branch called "renaming-back" which implements the
renaming of source and binary package lynx-cur to lynx, and renaming
the binary package lynx to lynx-cur, i.e. making lynx-cur the
transitional package.

I'd upload this to experimental via NEW (because of the source package
name change).

Another thing I'm tempted to include since we have to go through NEW
anyways, would be the arch-all package lynx-common/lynx-data/whatever.

I still think that the percentage (61%) and especially the size
(3229kB) validates an arch-all package. (And I'm saying this without
having belly aches as mirror admin.)
