[pkg-lynx-maint] Working on lynx2.8.9dev.7 + pinged ftp-masters about source package rename

Hi,

I just wanted to let you known that I'm working on importing the new
upstream release.

I also pinged paultag on IRC wrt. to the source package rename hanging
in the NEW queue since this would make the import of the new upstream
release less complicated.
