[pkg-lynx-maint] About src:lynx in the NEW queue

Hi Paul,

I'll likely upload a new version of src:lynx to the NEW queue later
today. It will probably have a lower version than the one currently
in (2.8.9dev6 vs 2.8.9~dev8), so I'd appreciate if you would just
reject the first upload and only passthrough the second one (which is
yet to be uploaded) so that the versions won't have the wrong order.

Background: We want to rename src:lynx-cur to src:lynx and I'll take
that chance to also fix the (more or less historic) version numbering
without "~" in there. :-)

If you want to reject src:lynx before I upload the newer version,
please mention something like "as requested by Axel Beckert" or so.
