[pkg-lynx-maint] Bug#822405: lynx: Cookie Saving -cookie_save_file not working

Package: lynx
Version: 2.8.9dev1-2+deb8u1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
1. I ran: lynx -cookie_save_file=/tmp/cookies google.com
2. It prompted me to allow a cookie and I did so.
3. I exited using 'q'.
4. There was no cookie in /tmp/cookies

5. I ran strace -f -o, there was no mention of an 'open' on that file.
I also checked Options to make sure i was not ignoring the cookie.

It would be nice if you guys could fix this bug quickly - I require lynx -dump
and need to feed the website a cookie. The format of the cookie file is not known
therefore I need to save a cookie first.
