yes but - perhaps some additional clarification is needed.  Reading the
code, the only place where Lynx appears to be paying attention to the
port for cookies is from an RFC-2965 implementation which provides
a "Port" attribute.  An RFC 6265-compliant implementation wouldn't send
that.

(In 2.9.0dev.1, Lynx will ignore the Port attribute when in RFC-6265 mode).
