[pkg-lynx-maint] [Ping] Cleanup of Lynx uploaders list?

Hi,

I recently noticed that we currently have 5 uploaders in the Uploaders
header of the source package lynx listed, but only 3 of them seem
actually active in the team: Andreas, Elimar and myself. (Thanks!
Especially this weekend I was very happy how well the team worked
while I needed some sleep. :-)

Looking through my mails and lynx' "git log", I haven't found any
activity of Andy since 2016 (but I might be wrong due to regularily
changing e-mail addresses of him) and no activity of Denis since 2017.
Denis though became DD in 2019, albeit non-uploading.

So my question to Denis and Andy is: Do you still intend to work on
Debian's lynx package? If not, I'd like to remove you from lynx'
Uploaders list with one of the next uploads. I hope, you don't mind.
