[pkg-lynx-maint] Can I Submit a ReportBug Item by e-mail?

Thank you Andreas: An address in the cc field seems the same as what showup in 
a line beginning with "pkg" actually its really not a beginning
pkg-lynx-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org
So what would you like me to do with that address? After I type a subject of a 
wishlist item, it opens NANO with a 48line templet. Looks as if you want me to 
paste those 48lines to 
submit at bugs.debian.org
Hope I have all of that right among at least 3 addresses. Thanks so much in
