[Pkg-lyx-devel] Let's get the Lyx Debian pkg back in sync with upstream

Yes, the package really needs some work. I don't have much time to
work on the package currently but I will gladly help you if you have
any questions.

It looks like alpha stuff to me. At least in the current Debian
version.

It looks like the lyx package is in an Arch repository at
<http://pkg-lyx.alioth.debian.org/devel/>. You can use tla or bazaar
to check it out.

I suggest you switch to another VCS though, like bzr, Subversion or
darcs (darcs is my personal favourite). Also, you should probably only
put the debian directory in VCS and use dpatch for patching the
source.

Like all Debian packages, the documentation is in
/usr/share/doc/svn-buildpackage/.
