[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#386166: lyx-qt: Dialogs (crossref + citation) are slow to open in 1.4.2

I am using lyx-qt 1.4.2 to edit my thesis (960 Kb) and dialogs to insert/edit
cross references take about 5s to open and dialogs to insert/edit citations
take about 2s to open. This was not certainly the case when I used lyx-qt 1.3.x and also
for 1.4.1 I think (while not sure for the 1.4.1 because I used it only during a short time)
My CPU is a P4 at 1.7 GHz. The lyx-qt process uses 100% of the CPU
during the dialog startup.
Working with smaller documents (like articles for example) does not take
a mensurable time, so it seems to be parsing the document contents during
the delay to open the dialogs.
