[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#412044: lyx: german umlauts in menus and dialogues are broken

The menu and dialogue texts are broken in de_AT.UTF-8-Environment. For
example "ü" is "ü", "ä" is "ä". Seems to be somehow a unicode problem.
The application looks rather ugly because of this...
