Sure and it's fast and nice to work with. You should try it too. I guess it's
even noticeable on faster systems if it's not a local problem with my
system.

Yes, I thought that it would be nice to have the complete history with
the former releases on disk for future use. Well all upstream sources
included it seems to be *very* big to check out so I aboarded it after
some five or six GB and decided to simply use svn blame directly on the
online repository.

The svn repo itself seems to small with about 370MB, maybe I simply scp it
directly from alioth next time.

Or I just need more disk space and bandwith. ;)
