Hi guys,

What's your mileage with hybrid graphics?

My new Macbook Pro is a 9,1 (June 2012). It features two video cards:
a low-consumption, integrated, Intel card and a high-performance,
discret, nVidia GPU.

I boot using EFI.

So far, I have manage to deactivate the nVidia GPU and have 3D
acceleration on the intel IDG, I have managed to launch X on the GPU
using the nouveau driver but I didn't have any 3D acceleration (rather
pointless), but I did not manage to run X with the nVidia graphics.

What I'm interested in in the end would be switching graphics using
bumblebee (where X runs on the IGD, but specific windows run on the GPU).

Kind regards, Thibaut.
