Probably not due to lack of permission. According to comments in post-commi=
t,
the user running svnserver (www-data) must have execute permission on
post-commit and commit-email.pl which is only true if www-data is a member =
of
pkg-mailman.

Sorry, that was me. During the last week my wife was in hospital for a
major surgery, causing me to neglect Debian stuff more than I wished.

For the ML archive I have no preferences, for my personal mailbox there
always is procmail.
