Where's the message displayed when the user given the chance to decide
if he wants the changes merged?

 From 2.3.2-7 as far as I can remember now. Please check it, and fix
before release.

 OK, I merged all of my smaller pending changes. I have bigger ones, so
if you would like to roll it out, then I do not merge more things until
then. I think Tollef nods on this, as the changelog and the number of fixed
bugs getting bigger it's time for a release.
