It will probably be "cleaner" wrt to the team and all to discuss
things on the ML where everyone gets a copy than in an IRC meeting
which will have only a subset of the team present.

Unless someone vetoes it, I'm going to disable the following unused
features on the Alioth pkg-mailman project:

 - Forums (none of us intends to read them, right? So better not fool
people into writing requests for help that we will not read.)
 - "tracker": we want people to use the Debian BTS, not the alioth
    BTS.
 - "tasks"
 - docs
 - surveys
 - news
 - CVS
 - file distribution

(we can always turn them on if and when we decide to use one of them)

Proposed set: {tfheen, lmamane} . Laszlo has indicated he would not
make uploads. If Laszlo or Laurent want to do an upload in the future,
they should feel free to add themselves as Uploader at that time.
