[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#366438: epoch of 0 causes apt to want to install mailman over and over

As I can understand that the ftpmaster aren't eager to change to a
non-stable apt, wouldn't the simplest solution be to add an epoch of "1"
to the package? Or am I missing something here?
