[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#403312: mailman: Upgrade from 1:2.1.8-3/1:2.1.9-2 to 1:2.1.9-3 broken

On upgrade from a version between 1:2.1.8-3 and 1:2.1.9-2 to
1:2.1.9-3, the private copy of the pythonlib module email is not
symlinked in /var/lib/mailman; that's because dpkg will not replace a
directory by a symlink; we need to do it by hand in the postinst. And
undo it if the install gets aborted. What fun.

This most probably reactivates bug #384016 and ${DEITY}-knows what
other python 2.4 incompatibilities.
