No, this is incorrect, unless I misunderstand the German. What is
written in the English version is (I hope) that
/var/lib/mailman/bin/change_pw will generate new ones and mail them to
the admins and moderators. Not that the reader is requested to email
them to the list admins and moderators, which is how I understand the
German version. So something like:

"Verwenden Sie /var/lib/mailman/bin/"
"change_pw um neue zu erstellen und den Admins und Moderatoren "
"per E-Mail zu zu senden".
