[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#353713: [l10n:de] updated German debconf translation

Hi,

Jens (no, not me) posted another mail on the German list, so I performed
just another proofread even after he filed this bug report.

First I noticed typos in English strings:

 The directory /var/lib/mailman/qfiles contains files.  It needs to be empty

this patch, so don't worry.
