Heh, didn't notice that. Presumably the appropriate parts of cdbs could
be copied out.

The main advantage would be to remove the need for running debian/rules
clean every time you want to edit a patch. This is the main time waster
I've been finding while updating the lists.indymedia.org patches to
mailman 2.1.7-1 today.
