[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#349842: mailman: debconf-updatepo has not been launched

Hi,

In order to have up-to-date po files in the source package, please
consider adding debconf-updatepo to the clean target of debian/rules.

Currently:
$ msgfmt --statistics fr.po
42 translated messages.
$ debconf-updatepo
$ msgfmt --statistics fr.po
42 translated messages, 5 untranslated messages.
