[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Upload coming up

Hey guys,

As you might have seen, the recently reported sed error is actually a
grave bug which can break upgrades. Since it was introduced in 2.1.9-1
I've upgraded it to grave - the package shouldn't enter testing since
then more people will be upgrading it.

I'm planning on uploading current svn with the fix tomorrow. Please
test. Any more fixes can go in, but make sure they're absolutely low
risk. We don't want to create another RC bug right before etch :)
