[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#421676: mailman cannot be purged cleanly

Because of /var/lib/mailman/data/last_mailman_version, mailman cannot be purged cleanly.

i.e.,
dpkg - warning: while removing mailman, directory `/var/lib/mailman/data' not empty so
 not removed.
dpkg - warning: while removing mailman, directory `/var/lib/mailman' not empty so not 
removed.
