[Pkg-mailman-hackers] Bug#439325: init script fails to restart qrunner

At times, the mailman init.d script fails to restart qrunner:

seamus:..lman/Mailman/Handlers> sudo /etc/init.d/mailman restart
Restarting Mailman master qrunner: mailmanctlThe master qrunner lock could not be acquired because it appears as if another
master qrunner is already running.

.

Now there is no process anymore and mailman is dead. If I restart
again:

seamus:..r/lib/mailman/Mailman> sudo /etc/init.d/mailman restart
Restarting Mailman master qrunner: mailmanctlNo child with pid: 14634
[Errno 3] No such process
Stale pid file removed.
