dpkg 1.14.19 is picky about filenames in patches, it should be fixed with
1.14.20 but if you want to clean it up completely and have right filenames
in the patches you can do this:
quilt pop -a
while quilt push; do quilt refresh -p1; done

After that it should build even with 1.14.19.
